Easy Rooibos Tea Recipe

Rooibos tea is a South African herbal tea rich in antioxidants, rooibos supports heart health and digestion, with a naturally sweet, earthy flavor.

Ingredients Needed: -1 tsp rooibos tea leaves -1 cup water,  - honey or lemon (optional) and your favorite mug.

Step1 Start by boiling 1 cup of fresh water in a pan or kettle. Always use clean, filtered water for the best taste.

Step2 Once the water starts boiling, add 1 teaspoon of rooibos tea leaves or a tea bag. Turn off the heat.

Step3 Let the rooibos tea steep for 5–7 minutes. The longer it steeps, the stronger and more flavorful it gets.

Step4 If using loose leaves, strain the tea into your cup. If using a tea bag, simply remove it after steeping.

Step5 You can add a spoon of honey or a few drops of lemon juice to enhance the taste. This step is totally optional and it is ready.
